Death by Snatch 135/85
Perform 1 snatch the first minute, 2 snatches the second minute, 3 snatches the third minute….do this until you cannot finish the required reps in that minute. And when you finish cheer on those still going.
WOD – 75 Bodyblasters*
Burpee/Pull-up/knees to elbow = 1BB
The pull-up is to be performed as either jumping or from a hang. Depends on individual’s strength.
Every other minute perform one 5/10/15yd shuttle.
