Looking forward to another great week. We are looking at 10am Thanksgiving Day and 7am and 5pm Friday. Also, mark down Saturday 9:30. CrossFit Catamount will be joining in on our workout/workouts for the day.

8 Cross country (over bar)
12 Push Ups (on bar)
