WOD – for time:

30 Overhead Squats
20 bar facing burpees
30 Overhead Squats
2 laps

Weight is up to you! Perform it at about 20lbs lighter than you think you should. We are looking for perfect reps. Beercity competitors make this your last lifting WOD.
