“Test 2”
Clean and Jerk 15 reps

The test is to see how much weight can be lifted for 15 reps. You can rest in the hang, rack, or overhead but not behind your head. Reps on the ground are touch and go.

Rest 3-5 minutes

Perform 9 reps then 15 toes to bar

Rest 3-5 minutes

Perform 3 reps then 21 toes to bar
