Objective for the day is to get everyone upside down.

Handstand Pushup Negative – with partner assistance 3 x 3

WOD – 10 rounds of:

200 meter run (1 lap)
5 Handstand Pushups*

*Be upside down. Use a banded harness, racked barbell, racked and banded barbell, the wall, or a box but be head down.

Accessory – Balboa situps or modification 3 x 12 , KB Toe Raises 3 x 8 each leg
