90 Day Challenge Participants, here’s a start-up grocery shopping list: FATS- coconut oil,olive oil,avocado,seeds/nuts (no peanuts). CARBOHYDRATE- broccoli,asparagus,brussel sprouts,cabbage,cauliflower,kale,collard greens, mustard greens, lettuce,zucchini,squash,peppers,sweet potatoes,onions,tomatoes,bok choy (my new favorite) PROTEIN- eggs,chicken breast, turkey breast, beef (95% lean), buffalo (95% lean),salmon, tilapia,tuna,bacon (high in fat so use in moderation),etc. Write this down and begin creating healthy meals, ladies! I will post a few simple paleo meals each weekend!
