400 meter run 20 wallballs
Rest one minute between sets.
Continuous running clock.
As a side note-10 burpee penalty for each round no completed in time assessed at end of workout.
Then spend 20 minutes working individual mobility and/or skills. Use this as prep for Beercity Beatdown.
