Yesterday was great! Hope you guys were able to take advantage of some back cracking by Smoky Mtn. Chiro.
All Morning classes 6AM.
Was thinking your legs might need loosened up a bit. So:

WOD – Little bit “Murph” Little bit “Angie”

1 Mile run
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
1 Mile run

The 100s can be broken up as you see fit. The mile cannot…Teresa.

Knee issue people. You know who you are. You can row. Don’t skip!
