8 KB Swings
10 pushups

WOD*

500 meter row
20 bodyweight Bench Press

Rest two minutes

10 cleans (any kind) 95/65
10 cleans 135/75
10 cleans 155/95

*One group will start the clean WOD while the other performs the row/bench. Rest and switch.
