Congrats to Keenan Grady for his first big muscle up! He did another one so I could show the world.

WOD – 5 rounds for time:
1 Strict Press 90%1RM
1 Strict Pullup
1 Strict Press 90% 1RM
3 Strict Pullup
1 Strict Press 90% 1RM
5 Strict Pullups

No kipping pullups. Banded pullups are OK. If they cannot be done without a kip use the rings.

Post WOD – 5 / 40yds sprints
Door to gravel. Rest as needed.
