WOD-
No excuses! Beckie’s ready. Are you?
1.2 mile loop trail
100 push-ups
100 squats
100 scissor kicks
500 meter swim
Break up push-ups, squats, scissors as needed.
WOD will be scaled accordingly.
Meet at the Rec Park Pool.
