Wednesday evening WOD.
SWOD – Overhead Squat 3 x 2 / 2
Work up to a heavy set of 2 reps for overhead squats. Upon dropping the weight or finishing the set perform 2 reps of clean and jerks with your OH squat weight.
WOD – 150 push-ups for time*
*run a half gasser each time you stop. Half gasser is from door to gravel and back. You can rest in pikes position but not chest on floor.
