21 Push Press 135/75 Lateral Bear Crawl 20yds 200m run (old building)
Then,
4-6 max effort sprints 40yds Rest as needed between sets
Got my sister to do this one with me, we used dumb bells got 6 rounds done. She said, “that was the longest 15 minutes of my life.” 🙂
Teresa: 85 lbs. x 3 rds + 10 push presses ( 6 sprints) MIke: 4 rounds @ 115 lbs. ( 4 sprints) Sterling: 45 lbs. x 4 rounds
