6 minutes to complete:
400 meter run
3000 lbs Squat
Rest 2 minutes
6 minutes to complete:
400 meter run
3000 lbs Strict Press
Rest 2 minutes
6 minutes to complete:
400 meter run
3000 lbs Snatch
Intensity is up to you but I’d like to see some of you push the weight up. Don’t make it too easy. Find a balance between weight and reps that gets you out of your comfort zone.
There is a difference between doing this last year. You will perform strict presses. You are stronger.
