SWOD – warm up to 80-85% of your 1 rep deadlift max. Then for EMOM for 10min perform:
Even – 10 sec isometric hold barbell placed right below the knee.
Odd – 1 deadlift 90+%

WOD – 12 min AMRAP

15 walking lunges 95/65
15 sit-ups
15 ring dips
