Updating times for summer as of now. Evening classes the same. Monday and Friday evening 6am and Tuesday and Thursday 7am.

WOD – 10000 lbs
You can use any weight and take as many rounds but the idea is to get to 10000 lbs in as quick a time as possible. You must lift 1 rep for each lift for a complete round.
