SWOD – Rack Jerk 3 x 5, 3 x 2
Sets of 5 perform CrossFit style jerk
Sets of 2 perform Olympic style split

WOD – As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 Deadlifts 315/205
10 box jumps 30/24
4 Deadlifts 315/205
10 box jumps 30/24
6 Deadlifts
10 box jumps

Continue until time expires.
