10 rounds of:
Half gasser (sprint from door to gravel and back)
2 box jumps 30/24 (or 70% 1RM)
3 power cleans 155/95 (or 70% 1RM)
Rest 45 seconds between rounds
Set yourself before each sprint
Post WOD dedicate no more than 12min to work on box jump height or power clean max.
Then spend 10 min on mobility specific to your needs.
