WOD 1 – EMOM 20 min of:
2 Power Cleans (work up to heaviest 2 reps possible)
WOD 2 – Front Squat 3 x 3*
Handstand Pushups max reps following each set
*weight used is final power clean weight. Handstand pushups will all be scaled with leg on racked barbell.
