"Strengthen Your Brothers"
WOD 1 – EMOM 20 min of:
2 Power Cleans (work up to heaviest 2 reps possible)
WOD 2 – Front Squat 3 x 3* Handstand Pushups max reps following each set
*weight used is final power clean weight. Handstand pushups will all be scaled with leg on racked barbell.
PB before today was 75 so I got to that one round 10, 11, and 12 then bumped to 80 for next 4 rounds, then tried 85 and alternated between getting and failing but end up completing two rounds, then missed a round and finished up with 80.
Mike: 155 x 10 rds, 185 x 5 rds, 205 x 3 rds, 215 x 2 rds… PR power clean 285.
Sterling:75 x 5, 85 x 5 rds, 95 x 8 rds, 100 x 2
