Yes this is stolen from CF Murphy but fits perfectly for us. Will, will be available to open from 4:30-6:00pm under an open house format. The WOD and warm up are written down.

9 knees to elbows

    Teresa: deadlift 185 for rounds 1-4, 205 for rounds 5-7. actually felt some pull in my upper body for knees to elbows!!!
