Tuesdays workout will begin with;
Strict pull-ups 3 sets to failure.
You will perform one assisted (against) negative in which a friend will be pulling against you. Maintain form and resist as much as possible. At the end of this rep, perform as many strict as possible.
Clean and Jerk 5,4,3,2,1
With one lap around old building in between sets. The weight will be dictated off your max. 90-95% on last one. Try for unbroken each round.
Ex: 265 max – 5 @ 185, 4 @ 205, 3 @ 215, 2 @ 225, 1 @ 245
