Loving the heat. Extra mopping but it feels good.

SWOD – partner hamstring curls

3 sets of 5 reps / efforts

Speed – 10 minutes of 60 yard sprints.
Maximal effort. Rest completely between each sprint. 4-6 runs.

WOD – 5 rounds @ 185/115

3 front squats
5 jerks (front or back rack position)
7 deadlifts

Looks like yesterday but more fun!

  3. 6:45 @ 105 lbs. for the WOD. Should have had a second bar with heavier weight for the dead lift.
