Push-ups, jump front to back, side to side, and Jordan burpees

SWOD- 3×5 of Close Grip Bench
3×5 of 1.25 Squats

    115 for the Bench Press.
    Averaged 3 reps per round (7) on the Bear Complex. That was tough!

    Bear complex was tough only did 55 lbs got between 3 and 5 per round

    Got 75 on bench

    Teresa: Rx 75lb with 4 reps each round x 6 rds then 85 lb with 3 reps x 2 rounds—- 95 bench close grip

    Mike: Rx 115 with 3 reps each round x 8 rounds

    Sterling: 53 lb. with 3 reps each round x 8 rds—–65 bench close grip
