Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Alright crew here it is. If your still on the fence come on over. How many opportunitys have you had to compete against 100000 people at once in something you love (if you’ve done this more than 3 times and plan on coming again..you love it)? It’s about the fun of competition and a part of being in the crazy community we call CrossFit. Why if your fitness is better than 50,000? That’s pretty cool. 10,000? Regionals? Who knows?
This workout is made for country strong people. So I’m excited to see what you’ve got.
Jama, if I was country strong then I wouldnt need crossfit! lol. JK. I am really anxious, dont think I have the weight RX.
100 Reps for me. I need to practice getting under that 135.
