Awesome weekend with Deija at her college. Really enjoyed the worship experience Friday night. Needed to get the Spirit renewed. Now if only my legs could be renewed.

WOD – EMOM 12 min of:

2 Clean and Jerks*
Max Chin ups

*Rx weights will be changed every four rounds: 155/105, 185/115, 225/135

Chin ups are palms in toward the body pullups. Perform these until the minute is up.

    Made it up to 115 on the clean and jerk. I could only do a few pull ups for about 3 rounds before I just couldn’t do any more.
