Teams of two will perform 300 Bench Press, 200 Push press, and 100 Weighted Situps with the 45lbs bar for time. Only one partner can work on this at a time. However, as you know the other partner can’t be resting. So, the other partner will be performing burpees. You will do this until you, as a team, get 100 burpees. How does this work? Get a time for the 100 burpees and add it to the time for the intial workout. If you finish burpees before workout…u get to rest.
