WOD – 3 rounds of:
10 Front Squats 185/115
20 Ring Push Ups
30 Box Jumps 24/20
Front Squats begin from the floor. Ring Pushups end with a turnout of the hands. Box Jumps are step down. Let’s save the achilles for days when we are in competition.
SWOD – Clean Ladder
With a partner work up the ladder. Partner A peforms one clean, then partner B does the same. Partner A performs two cleans, then partner B does the same. Continue this until you have reached 10 reps or 5 minutes.
