Congrats to Keenan Grady on a 30lbs. PR last night. Everyone looked great on form and strong.

Chipper WOD-

5 muscle ups
10 burpees*
25 Push Press 95/65
50 Pistols**
25 Push Press 95/65
10 burpees*
5 muscle up

*burpees will be performed as normal on down portion then single leg on standing portion. Think running pose to jump.

**single leg squats.

SWOD – 3 sets of 5 reps on Front Squat.

When reading it note the last comment on post workout meal 1-2 hours later. I believe this is one of the most important things to do in concerns to recovery and overall health. Ever had a shake and snack postwork but didn’t eat dinner after or waited 3-4 hours? How did you feel? How did you recover?
