I would like to thank everyone that comes out everyday. You make our days just that much more enjoyable. We kid about those that don’t make it in, but you are truly missed when you don’t come. It’s funny if I don’t see someone at a workout I think, “Man, where you been?” The response is usually, “I was here Monday.” Oh. Anyway let’s attack this monster of a hero WOD. The first time I came across this a trainer new to CrossFit WODs put a first time couple through this WOD and they thought he was crazy (wasn’t me). Crazy, yes for making them do it. But not crazy in the fact that it is an actual WOD. So, be ready to bring it for JT.
