60 yd sprint/20 yd bear crawl/max double unders
Rest 10min working on skill for WOD
WOD – 7 rounds of:
7 split jerk (alt. legs each rep) 155lbs
7 chest to bar pullups
7 burpees (lateral jump over bar)
Come in and immediately work on mobility with banded moves.
