W.O.D. Monday 2-11-2013
Enjoyed Saturdays workout. You all had Some energy. Here is what we have for Monday:
SWOD – Thrusters – work up to 3 heavy sets of 2 reps. 12min.
WOD – 2 Rounds of:
100 air squats
50 shoulder to overhead 95/65
25 toes to bar
This is a variation of what CF HQ had for Sunday. I was thinking of a good rep scheme for high rep squats and there it was. Everyone try and push to be here 6am,4:30, or 5:30 on Thursdays. We will be performing past games WODs to simulate the flow for the actual Open in a couple of weeks.
Congrats to Evan on a healthy baby boy! Let us know how the “Chucky” WOD went in the hospital.
