“Hanging Helen”
3 rounds of:
400 meter run
21 kettlebell swings 53/35
12 Toes to Bar

We will begin the run out the back door, perform two laps, and come in the front. Then hit 21 kettlebell swings. Perform these unbroken. 10 burpee penalty for each time you let go of the kettlebell. 12 toes to bar are to follow. Same penalty applies. So bring it!

    Can’t wait for my recovery week to be over…I dnt understand how or why able bodied people can live a sedentary lifestyle.

      i agree 100%! be active is so additive and makes you feel so much better, however, I was one of those people……made every excuse until I was faced with severe medical problems. everyone wants a quick fix, me too, but it takes hard work to be the best for yourself and for your family,,,,,,,,,,
