How’s the paleo diet working out? Are you losing weight? Gaining weight? Feeling better now? Still craving sweets or has that finally stopped?
I want to address the people (mostly men) that are looking to do this and possibly maintain or gain muscle. Remember that if you are not careful your caloric intake will be going down. If this holds true then your weight will drop. A few ideas; down the sweet potatoes (3-4 a day), realize that the serving of carbs you need out of vegetables is alot (big portion sizes needed here), check your substitutes and try coconut milk, eating paleo but not in the challenge? consider some white rice, some peanut butter, or milk (and everyone screamed).
For the rest of you, stick with it and hammer away. At the end of this 6 weeks there will be change.
