Nice work by everyone yesterday. I love to see good form at work. We will start out the day with simple warm up of medball tosses.

wallball (no squat)
WOD – 8MIN EMOM
3 Push Press 185/115
SWOD – Weighted Pullups 3,3,3,2,2,1,1
Finish the day by rolling out and performing homework on board.
