Nice work by everyone yesterday. I love to see good form at work. We will start out the day with simple warm up of medball tosses.

2 rounds of 10 reps each exercise:

chest pass
lateral throw
overhead toss
wallball (no squat)

WOD – 8MIN EMOM

3 Push Press 185/115
Half Gasser

SWOD – Weighted Pullups 3,3,3,2,2,1,1

Finish the day by rolling out and performing homework on board.

    Teresa: warm up with 20 lb med ball, 95 push press with 10 rounds, and got a pull up x 15 with black band!!!!!!!! so happy.

    Mike: warm up with 20 lb med ball, 135 push press with 10 rounds, and weighted pull ups with PR of 70 lb.

    Sterling: warm up with 14 lb med ball, 63 push press with 9 rounds, and got a pull up with no band.

    Callie: warm up with 14 lb med ball, 65 push press with 7 rounds, and work on form for pull ups.
