W.O.D. Tuesday 1-8-2013
Jesus said the meek shall inherit the Earth. He said that (paraphrase) to be greatest in the Kingdom you must become less than. To gain life you must die to self. These types of qualities should be brought to each workout. We glorify God through our workouts. Part of that is pushing for the person next to you. See them finish strong. Help them do well. The WOD builds your body but you gain strength from each other.
Warm up – 5min AMRAP (conversational pace)
15 air squats
10 good mornings
5 kb high pulls
10 leg scissors
15 flutters
WOD – Deadlift
5,5,5,3,3,3,2,2,1,1,1
Eat your spinach! High in fiber. 7 carbs per serving (I think).
