Looking for speed on the bar and firing out of the hips. If flexibility is an issue perform heavy 1 or 2 arm variation.

WOD – 7 rounds of:

200 meter run (1 lap)
4 KB push press right arm 70lbs
6 glute ham raises
4 KB push press left arm 70lbs
