I would like to thank everyone for coming out to help Saturday and Monday. It’s going to take alot of work to get moved into the new place when the time comes. As for the workout today; Paleo Challenge WOD
Squat Cleans at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 @ 135/95
5 Deload pushups,10 abmat situps,15 air squats
Perform one round of 5/10/15 after each set of Squat Cleans. There is a 20min cutoff for the WOD. We will revisit this workout after the challenge.
