W.O.D. Tuesday 1-22-2013
I would like to thank everyone for coming out to help Saturday and Monday. It’s going to take alot of work to get moved into the new place when the time comes. As for the workout today; Paleo Challenge WOD
Squat Cleans at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 @ 135/95
5 Deload pushups,10 abmat situps,15 air squats
Perform one round of 5/10/15 after each set of Squat Cleans. There is a 20min cutoff for the WOD. We will revisit this workout after the challenge.

Round 10 minus 14 Air Squats @ 94 lbs.– Dang, that was a tough one! BD is a BEAST!
9 complete rounds @ 45#.
Teresa : 21:00 @ 63 lbs.
Mike : 20:00 @ 115 lb finished at the nines
Sterling: 20:00 @ 53 lbs finished at 10 ( 3 squat cleans)

19:45 84lbs. Kudo’s to Teresa!. She & I partnered in this wod two saturdays ago. We both did better this round! Teresa, you did all your squats this time & we used the same weight, which was a heavier weight, the entire workout!!! Mucho improvement over two weeks ago. This one gets in the head, BAD!!
great Job becky! your a beast!!!!!! My goal was to do a full squat every time and I did it! yay! small goals for me. see ya soon
