Squat Therapy “Bottom to Bottom” squats. For 5 minutes, squat and hold at the bottom, then every ten seconds come up from the squat to full extension and immediately back down. If you cannot sit in a proper squat with hip crease below the knee, hold onto a bar or set of rings that are set at arms full length over head. Once in position see if you can lessen hold on bar or rings and possibly let go all together.
WOD- 3 rounds of:
Full gasser/7 pullups/14 Russian twists/21 deload pushups
Skill/strength – Turkish get ups 3,3,3
