First thing to address. We will only have 6am and 4:30 tomorrow. Sorry for the short notice. They are retiring Amy’s moms basketball jersey BEFORE the girls game and that throws a wrench in 5:30 class. As well, we are closed Saturday. Be back to regular schedule Monday. Thank you.

Lateral jumps
Plyo pushups
Plank front to back jumps
Russian twists
Plank lateral jumps

I’ll explain at the box. Should be a fun ab workout.
