Back by popular demand; today’s WOD.
But first I’d like to say how proud Amy and I are to have such a fantastic group of (crazy people that do about anything I say) crossfitters. To see you climbing over a 9ft structure of 1.25in round tubing. See the initial look on your faces then one by one pulling together and pushing each other over, that’s why we open the doors. 10min complete as many reps as possible of:
30 snatches 75/45
30 snatches 135/75
30 snatches 165/100
Max reps of 210/120 time remaining.
Then roll out.
