Look for a post answering Beckie’s question, “what do you say to someone who says your going to crack your joints?” Crack your joints? Really? We will discuss later.

As for now, here’s the WOD:

“Lynne”
5 rounds
Max reps Bodyweight bench press
Max reps Pullups

This is not for time and each round is pushed to failure. As well each round is separated by as much time as needed.

Pick a bench press weight you can perform 15-20 reps on the first set.

    a thing to remember for becky’s question is: there are many more ways to damage your joints……obesity, non-activity/poor mobility (even those who are skinny can and will experience this), diseases, poor nutrition is just a few to name.

    I agree, Teresa. I didn’t know what to say. It was the type of person that I wasnt gonna argue with anyway. never argue with a fool, they will drag you down to their level & beat you with experience:)
