W.O.D. Tuesday 12-11-2012
Warm up – partner up and perform various medball throws 3 x 10 of:
Chest press/lateral throw/overhead toss
Then, 50 partner wallballs.
WOD – 10 rounds of
5 deadlifts 275/185
7 toes to bar
These rounds are to be performed unbroken. For each round not performed unbroken assess 15 evil wheels at end of workout.
Starting today we will have a beginners class at 11am Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you have been a member for at least 3 months and are cleared by the coach you may be able to perform the daily WOD during this time with prior approval.
