Burpee Pullups
KB Sumo Deadlift Highpull
Burpee Box Jump
KB Presses
Flutter kicks
Perform each exercise for max reps for one minute. With a continuously moving clock change to next exercise at the end of the minute. At the end of the fifth exercise take a one minute break. Do this for three rounds.
