SWOD – front squat (does not have to be front rack) 8-6-4-2 coupled with bent rows at 8-6-4-2
WOD 1 EMOM max 10 min
Perform 2 front squats @ 225/155
With remaining seconds perform as many air squats as possible. Do this until you have reached 150.
Rest 2 min
WOD 2 – EMOM max 10 min
Perform 3 bent row @ 185/115
With remaining seconds perform as many pullups as possible. Do this until you have reached 100.
