For the workout:
Standard warm up plus
20 step ups, 50 banded good mornings, 20 step ups
Then, 3,3,3,2,2,1,1 of weighted pullups
WOD – EMOM for 20:
Even minutes perform one round of “Cindy” 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Odd minutes perform 2 power cleans at 85% of max. Round up to nearest 5.
