Come in and work 5 min on shoulder mobility. 5 real min with bands, ball, or roller. Then spend an additional 5 minutes on the hips.
By 15 after for 6am and 15 till by evening classes be ready for 3 min AMRAP of:
7 handstand pushups
7 air squats
7 knees to elbows
By 30 after for 6am and 00 hours for evening be ready for 12 min AMRAP of:
21 straddle jumps
14 Sumo DL High Pulls
7 push presses
3 L-pullups
Rx’d 95/65 Power Rx’d 115/85

2 rounds @ 65lbs plus 21 straddle jumps, 10 SDHP’s! Fun Stuff!
4 rounds plus 10 high pulls at 65lbs. It’s about time to start adding some weight again I think.
