Nice job this morning by 6am class.

We will spend a little time in discussion today about our move, recovery, and water (drink it!).

WOD – 4 rounds (5 if you are froggy) 2Min with 1MIN rest between of:

3 Turkish Get Ups 55/35
7 Front Squats 60% of 1RM
Max Rep Russian Twists 55/35

11AM class will be performing a chipper of the moves they have learned previously with a few burpees thrown in for good measure.
