9 Kettlebell Pullovers
6 Kettlebell Clean and Press

Cooldown – Partner Double Unders

4 Min AMRAP
20 Double Unders/50 Singles

Perform 20 double unders then pass the jump rope to your partner to perform their 20 double unders. Continue this until the 4 minutes is up.
