W.O.D. Tuesday 11-6-2012
Yesterday was a fun day. Today is a little more difficult. Perform a 12 min AMRAP OF:
3 overhead squats 115/75
5 knees to elbows
7 chest to bar pullups
If flexibility is an issue we will work on split lunges with bar overhead. And for those of you who find 115 easy let’s kick it up to 135 or 155. The OHS should be main focus of the workout with the others as skill based and prepped to make you work harder on the OHS. High possibility for running two heats so get in early and get warm.
3×8 concentration curls after WOD. Use kettlebells to perform movement.

I did this wod @ work by the pool so I changed the pullups to pushups. 3 OHS @ 45pds, 5 K2E, 7 modified pushups…completed 11 rounds.
45lbs bar, 8 rounds + 3 ohs
135lbs squats 9 rounds
45# bar, 8 rds completed
7 plus OHS and K2E with 85lbs
