It’s funny how this works sometimes. I’m thinking of what to program for today and this is how it goes in my head. Need low impact. Not too tough on shoulders. Ab work. Save something for Thursday. “Barbara” would be a great one but it might leave them too sore for a fun day on Thanksgiving. What if we just did part of it? I’d like to run but it’s cold at 6am.
